Welcome SMC Catering Family!! I have always been a huge foodie. With my father being a chef and my family cooking for every occasion, I feel this has always been in the making for some years.  As a single mom of 4 a lot of the time I could not afford to give my kids the experiences I felt they deserved. For most of their lives, I received Food Stamps. “Yes, Food Stamps.” And I am not ashamed that I did. I feel that if I didn’t, many of my recipes and ideas would have never come to life. It gave me the opportunity to teach and show them different countries and expand their palettes.
